Akon Finance is a technology platform. Banking, credit, investment and insurance products are offered by regulated partner institutions under their own terms, which you accept when you apply.

2. Eligibility

You must be an Indian resident aged 18 or above with valid KYC documents. Some products have additional age, income or credit requirements.

Investments in mutual funds, stocks and ETFs are subject to market risks. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.

5. Your responsibilities

Keep your login, PIN and OTP confidential. Report unauthorised activity immediately. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

6. Fees

Charges for each product are disclosed before you proceed. Akon Finance may receive a commission from partner institutions at no extra cost to you.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.
